Paypal preferred, safe, fast and convenient. If you have not got a Paypal account, you can use a credit card on the Paypal checkout site as an option.

Freight Policy
1. We ship to entire Australia via Australia Post. We do NOT ship to PO Box addresses. 
2. We ship anywhere in the world via Australia Post International service. NOTE: prices will vary depending on location and can be expensive.
3. All shipping prices are calculated using the ozpost module, which acquires data from Australia Post. Separate handing charges are displayed and included in the total shipping cost.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order as soon as we can. We will normally send your order to you in two business days for stock items.

Return Policy
In order for us to authorise a return, the following requirements need to be met:
1. The product must be defective.
2. Must not have been used.
3. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchasing the product.
4. Authorised returns will be processed within 7 business days of when they are delivered back to us ("business days" excludes weekends, holidays and the day the package is delivered).
5. Unauthorised returns will take up to 4 weeks to process and may be refused, returned to you at your expense or disregarded if failure to pay shipping costs.
